科研情况简介

高养春，理学博士，副研究员，水生动物生态与繁育研究团队负责人，主要从事水生动物适应性进化、分子生态学及水产养殖等相关方面的研究。近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目及广州市科技局重点研发计划等科研项目6项。相关研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表于Global Change Biology, Molecular Ecology及Aquaculture等国际知名期刊20余篇（其中SCI收录 17 篇）,授权国家发明专利2件，其中美国专利1件；主编中文专著1本，参编英文专著1本，参编中文专著3本；参编备案企业标准1个；培养研究生2名；2023年获“海洋工程科学技术奖”二等奖1项。

研究方向

1、以海鞘等外来水生入侵动物为研究对象，利用基因组、甲基化组等多组学技术解析水生动物适应性进化的分子机制，评估其在不同气候环境条件下的入侵风险。2、以平胸龟等濒危物种为研究对象，解析局域适应的遗传基础，阐明其在未来气候条件下的基因组脆弱性，揭示需优先保护的地理种群单元。3、以黄喉拟水龟、牛蛙等水生经济动物为研究对象，开展水生经济动物的人工繁育及高效养殖技术等相关研究。
