科研情况简介
  主要从事鲟鱼性别决定和分化的遗传调控机制以及鲟鱼早期性别鉴定的分子标记技术开发研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,广东省自然科学基金项目2项,广东省科学院百名青年人才培养专项1项,广东省科学院野外台站项目1项,作为核心成员参加国家重点十二五重大专项、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技计划和广州市科技计划等10多项科研项目;获得广东省科学技术进步奖励二等奖1项;发表学术论文30余篇(其中SCI收录21篇);申请国家发明专利7项(授权2项),申请国际发明专利2项(受理)。

研究方向
  性别分化基因的表达调控;非编码RNA在鲟鱼性别分化的作用及调控机制;性腺生殖细胞的体外增殖培养与分化。
