野生动物疫病与免疫研究中心

2018年野生动物疫病与免疫研究中心组建,引进珠江学者领军人才1名,广东省科学院“百人计划”C类人才1名,广东省科学院“百人计划”D类人才1名,现有人员37人,其中研究员2名,副研究员5名,助理研究员4名,研究实习员1名,研究生23名。研究中心以国家和广东省战略需求为导向,旨在聚焦现代农业、保护生物学等领域国际前沿与研究热点,围绕野生动物健康与病原生物学、环境微生物资源开发和生态治理、耐药性微生物与公共卫生健康核心科学问题,开展精准化、系统化的基础应用研究,为广东省野生动物保护、养殖业健康发展、生态环境治理和公共卫生安全服务。

  微生物病原生态学团队负责人: 王承民

  王承民,博士生导师,广东省科学院“引进领军人才”,华南农业大学和河北农业大学硕士生导师。。1996-2003年在河北农业大学获得学士和硕士学位,2007-2010年在中国科学院动物研究所获得理学博士学位,2003-2007年在河南科技学院工作,2010-2018年在中国科学院动物研究所工作(2013年美国USDA学术交流),2018年至今在广东省科学院动物研究所工作。近年来,主持或参加科技部十一五、十二五和十三五重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金、中国科学院先导A等项目,在Cell Reports, Journal of Infectious Diseases, Reviews In Medical Virology,Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology, Frontiers in genetics, Journal of wildlife diseases,科学通报,生物化学与生物物理进展等发表文章84篇,其中SCI论文57篇。申请发明专利23件,包括授权2件国际发明专利)和12件中国发明专利,编写著作9部,其中英文著作1部,参与制定标准2项。

研究员,博士生导师。现任广东省科学院动物研究所党委书记、所长。1999年-2002年获得哈尔滨师范大学动物学硕士学位,2002年-2005年获得中国科学院动物研究所生态学博士学位。1997年-2002年,在中国水产科学研究院黑龙江水产研究所工作;2005年-2006年,在中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院工作,期间在法国国家自然博物馆从事合作研究;2006年至今在广东省科学院动物研究所工作;2014年-2015年,作为访问学者在美国康奈尔大学兽医学院从事分子疫苗相关研究。近年来主持国家、省、市等各类科研项目15项;获得获广东省科学技术二等奖1项,广东省自然科学二等奖1项,梁希林业科学技术科技进步二等奖1项;发表学术论文117篇,其中SCI收录 90 篇。授权国家发明专利15件。 

野生动物新发病毒感染与免疫研究 团队负责人: 刘全 

研究员,博士生导师,现任野生动物新发病毒感染与免疫研究团队首席。国家重点研发项目首席科学家;广东省珠江人才计划领军人才;中国畜牧兽医学会家畜寄虫学分会常务理事。1997年毕业于解放军农牧大学,获学士学位;2000年毕业于解放军军需大学,获博士学位;曾任军事科学院军事医学研究院军事兽医研究所研究员。从事人兽共患寄生虫学及新发虫媒疫病研究,发现分离鉴定新型人兽共患虫媒病毒,命名为阿龙山病毒(Alongshan virus, ALSV)和松岭病毒(Songling virus, SGLV)。在New England Journal of Medicine,Lancet Infect Dis,Lancet HIV,Emerg Infect Dis等期刊以通讯或第一作者发表SCI论文80余篇,获得省自然科学一等奖、二等奖等科研奖励6项。主持国家重点研发及国家自然科学基金等项目10余项。

  1.微生物与合成生物学研究组 组长:王承民 副研究员

  微生物病原生态学研究组于2018年9月成立,围绕微生物开展研究工作,主要设置微生物耐药与公共卫生安全、环境微生物与生态治理、噬菌体资源与产业化等三个研究方向,基于微生物生物学特性、微生物基因组学、转录组学等手段,开展了耐药性细菌在野生动物-家养动物-人-环境 生态圈的扩散、环境微生物生物表型和基因组特征等工作,现有人员10人,其中研究生9人,发表SCI文章57篇,授权专利17件,其中4件国际专利。

  2.野生动物疫病防控研究组 组长:陈金平 研究员

  野生动物疫病防控研究组共20人,其中博士7人,本科1人,其他12人,由高级职称4人,助理研究员3人,研究实习员1人,博士研究生2人,硕士研究生10人组成,具有动物学、基因组学、遗传育种学、分子生物学、生物技术等多学科背景,是一支年轻的团队。
